White Russian
| 2 oz vodka |
| 1 oz coffee liqueur |
| light cream |
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
Fill with light cream and serve.

Sex on the beach
This is a popular Sex on the Beach and what is most likely the original. Popular substitutes include using pineapple for the orange, or Midori & Chambord instead of schnapps.
| 1 1/2 oz vodka |
| 1/2 oz peach schnapps |
| 2 oz cranberry juice |
| 2 oz orange juice |
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir.

Jack Ass
| 1/2 oz Jack Daniel'sŪ Tennessee whiskey |
| 1/2 oz 151 proof rum |
Pour the Jack Daniel's tennessee whiskey into a shot glass. Top with 151 proof rum, and serve.

Jack Colada
| 1/2 oz Jack Daniel'sŪ Tennessee whiskey |
| 6 oz pina colada mix |
Add Jack Daniel's to glass, then pour in pina colada mix. Top with a cherry and a pineapple wedge and enjoy.

Mojito
| 3 fresh mint sprigs |
| 2 tsp sugar |
| 3 tbsp fresh lime juice |
| 1 1/2 oz light rum |
| club soda |
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

June Bug
| 3/4 oz creme de bananes |
| 3/4 oz peach schnapps |
| 3/4 oz MidoriŪ melon liqueur |
| fill with 1/2 pineapple juice |
| fill with 1/2 cranberry juice |
Pour ingredients as listed above into a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir and serve.
